Toti cabanas steel deposits

Was booked in for 4 days. Said they clean but only sweep, make the bed and that's it. They don't do dishes where the cleaning lady stole my money she only washed half the dishes and left all the other like that. Two towels had some wine on and the lady called us to say they keeping our deposit because there's blood on it. It's a terrible block of flats with people trying to run it that is useless...never ever recommend it to anyone. They stole my deposit and kept it back on no grounds. Tomorrow it's time to see my lawyer. I can spend 50000 to get this deposit back don't care but I'll show them a point. Lawyers and Sun newspaper, plus FB will know this is how they operate
