REFUSE TO KEEP DEPOSIT AND REFUND BALANCE AFTER HUSBAND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER

<p>Their document states that we must pay R2400 dep and balance on arrival. If cancelled deposit will be lost.Paid full amount of R7489.80 on 28/11/16.on 1/1216 husband was diagnosed with colon cancer,had surgery on 7/12,6 days in ICA,Half colon and spleen removed,stayed 15 nights in hospital. See surgeon 31/1/17 to see if wounds have healed to start 6 mnths chemo in Feb. Christa from this Toti Cabanas even had the audacity to say thay we move the dates to a later time, I told her my husband does not even know if he is going to live till end 2017.We said they can keep the deposit bur pay the rest out.Now all of a sudden their "rules" changed and we loose the whole amount unless the flat is rented out,TAKE NOTE,the doc states that if you allow more people to sleep over than paid for THEN you will be vacated and will loose your money even if you dont stay there. Any suggestions, must Imove the dates to before or after my hubby's funeral!!!!!This Crista lady is extremely rude and all of a sudden a new set of rules apply, I even gave all the Dockters and Hospital reference details etc. Toti Cabanas tel is ********** , ********** They are disgusting and unprofessional and I will have this published on all media platforms. Fortunately I work for an attorney who say that once our office re opens he will take them on pro bona. People beware of this place, they are ******* and *********.</p>
