Key deposit not refunded as arranged and requested and Toti Cabannas are refusing to correspond.

<p>On the 6th of March we booked into Toto Cabanas and were requested to pay R 100.00 Key Deposit - which is very reasonable and OK.</p> <p> </p> <p>We mentioned that out flight out of Durban is very early and that we would need to depart from Toti Cabannas at 04:00 the morning which would mean that no Toti Cabanna staff member would be available to refund our money, to which we were informed that it would not be a problem and that they would EFT the money. We were happy with the arrangement and provided our banking details.</p> <p> </p> <p>We departed at 04:00 on the morning of the 9th and placed the keys in the key deposit safe and left.</p> <p> </p> <p>No refund was made to date and this morning we started following up. I have copies of all the messages sent.</p> <p> </p> <p>Toti Cabannas refuses to communicate with us - NO response or feedback has been received.</p> <p> </p> <p>We want our money back!</p> <p> </p>
