Very bad service and total *******

The owner keeps changing name of shop but the owner name is Hennie Fouche and currently name is "Toti auto repairs service centre " Fouches AA service centre. Auto and service centre ⚠️ I highly do NOT recommend this Place 🛑 After promising a 2–3 day turnaround, our car was kept for over 6 weeks with excuse after excuse, little to no feedback, and no proper communication. We were left with a R13,000 bill, no clear diagnosis of what was actually wrong with the vehicle, and a R2,500 computer box we were told was faulty — only to later find out there was apparently nothing wrong with it . bought from spares boys , no refund. . Have a spare PC box as a ornament !!!! He says not "HIs problem "???? On top of that, extra coding charges xx 2 boxs ???were added, nothing wrong with the box then on the invoice they stated fuel relay was bypassed, and we were basically told “take it or leave it” if we wanted our car back. Customer service and attitude were absolutely shocking throughout the entire process. People work hard for their money — please be careful who you trust with your vehicle. Based on our experience, I would never use or recommend this mechanic again. 🚫 I am not the only one IS TAKEN ( GOOGLE REVIEWS ) They are NOT RMI ACREATED even tho he advertising it !!!!!!
