Totem Kitchens ARE A ****** horrible company.

Totem Kitchens are really a horrible company. I do not know how they are still in business.

1. I gave them my kitchen plans and asked for them to do a quote. 2. They did a quote for me, but would not supply me with draft sketches. Instead, demanded that I pay-in some money. 3. I PAID THEM R20,000 just for an email of rough sketches. 4. One month later, my son died. I could no longer proceed with the project. 5. I went to explain to them. They told me they didn't care. 6. When I asked for a refund, they said I cannot get my R20,000 back.

In other words, I paid Totem Kitchens R20,000 for draft sketches. There was no contract and/or agreement of some sorts that was signed.
