The entire process from engagement with Totem to the complete installation was very professional. We received a warm welcome on the 1st time that we have visited the showroom in Fourways and all subsequent visits we were treated with the same hospitality. Byron was involved from the onset and we could call him at any time for assistance/advice. He designed the kitchen to our specifications and the end product was exactly what we have envisaged. Francois who did the actual installation was extremely competent. I would definitely recommend Totem Designs to my friends and family
