bad customer service

If anyone wants to do their kitchen. Do not use totem kitchens in Fourways. Bad bad service. After paying them on time and paying a lot of money that is..1. I got a kitchen I'm not happy with 2. I have to follow up on outstanding snags...The sales lady (Hannelie) doesn't bother to keep me updated. There was a point I use to send them emails everyday following up. I so regret using these guys for my kitchen. I was so excited for my kitchen project but that excitement turned into anxiety, stress, frustration to a point I got ill while pregnant. To save yourself a lot of trouble, don't use totem kitchens...They are not worth your hard earned money.
