Very dissapointed

I ordered 2 bags 2 weeks ago and got a call from the administrator saying that i had give the delivery people the wrong address.To my surprise i did not receive any notification despite specifically asking them to contact me when they were on their way to deliver my parcel.I got a call from the administrator shouting at me that i had given them a wrong code which was pretty shocking because I had not received a call from anyone.I was assured that the delivery would be done on Friday the 5th of January 2016 but nothing came through.Today i decided to follow up on my parcel and surprisingly the administrator is not aware that there was no delivery made.<br> <br> This has just left a bad taste in my mouth about the company.Like how difficult is it to follow up on your customers orders.What is service delivery anyway when you are not aware of whats happening.<br> <br> I am very disappointed in the service they have provided and will discourage people from shopping on their website.<br> <br>
