Totalsports fourways mall, staff not pleasant, very rude I went to buy few items last month, while making a payment they asked for my ID number, they punched on their system, processed my payment, I was told I won a competition and I will receive an sms in few days, I'm still waiting,

Save yourself trouble, don't go there the staff is so confused they don't know what they doing including their so called management staff,

The level of unprofessionalism, the staff argues with the customer, I will never in my entire life shop at any Totalsports, no one takes responsibility, they told me to contact their Customer Service, I was never given a chance to even speak to their customer service

I'm warning you, stop bother to go shop there
