Your sales associate Thabo is an absolute gem!

Had the most wonderful experience at Totalsports Somerset West Mall over the weekend. It's not often that you meet retail staff who understand customer service, in the old-fashioned sense, making a customer feel cared about not just making a sale. Your sales associate Thabo is an absolute gem. He went above and beyond to help me find the right walking shoes. His knowledge was impressive but his attitude and care was really something I haven't seen in a long time. I hope this young man is really congratulated on his wonderful customer service!
