Worst Sevice Ever From a Area Manager

I made contact wit the area manager of the Key West Store in Krugersdorp Pinki is her name i gave her all my complaints and told her that i regret that i ever opend a account by Totalsport she the sends me a whatsapp to say that they have loaded SportCene vouchers for me when i go to the store they cant even see the vouchers i spoke to Pinki on Whatsapp she does not even awnser my last messages she is acctually bad she is worse than the store at Key West
