Worst service for no reason

Hi. <br> I went to the Mdantsane totalsports today hand in my some forms. I left the store since the service was slow and the did not even know their own customer service fax line or where to find it. When i came back, they said they have faxed them, so i asked for their names for further purposes, they refused, and told me i have an attitude and if im not buying i should leave the store. I politely explained why i needed the names, one lady told me that she won't be doing that, she is the store manager and has no time for this!.... As a customer i felt disrespected, as a human being i felt degraded. I will not rest until this matter is taken care of. I have managed a store once and never responded to a customer in such a manner.
