WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!!

Worst shop ever,

Went to buy a birthday gift for my dad , Riverside Mall Totalaports Nelspruit - Firstly the people in the store dont want to assist me or my wife, and its not like the store was busy. secondly we asked for 3 different pairs of sandals and they did not have any in the size we wanted. Size 9.

So i went to Illanga Mall Totalsports Nepslruit. Struggled to get assistance again, then eventually got what we were looking for , it was the last pair of sandals and was the display pair. Asked for a box any box (nowadays sandals dont come in boxes, weird) they did not want to give a box, no worries on that , moving on... asked the staff member for discount because its the display unit and it was dirty.... said they dont give discount on display/dirty items, i friendly asked the manager for discount seeing its the last pair and a display/dirty pair tried on by everyone... He said there is no way if i dont like it i can go somewhere else, so i said thanks and left the store. Such arrogant manager...

So i went to Totalsports Bester Brown shop D3 Nelspruit, it was very very busy and the people jumped to assist us , wow , what an amazing store, got what we wanted with the friendliest help, fast and efficient. Thank you Totalsports Bester Brown shop D3 Nelspruit !!!!

as for the other 2 shops, i will never shop there again and will tell everyone i know not to shop there.
