Worst customer service I have ever received

I’m very disappointed in the online service I received from TS. I placed an order for nikes on the 27th of July. I waited the standard 5 business days without receiving my order. I phoned on Saturday and they informed me that it will be escalated and I will receive feedback by Monday. Monday came and I received no feedback so I called again on Monday and they informed me that they will escalate again to the courier company and phone me back within 24 hours. It’s Thursday and I am still without feedback. Can someone assist me urgently? I will not recommend the online store to anyone.
