WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

we ordered a jacket on Tuesday from Vaal Mall Total sport. according to the lady at the shop only CRESTA mall had the item in stock. they theN ordered the item and informed me i would pay R30 extra for delivery. Followed up on Wednesday and the same lady told me that the item was on its way and that it would arrive either late that afternoon or early Thursday morning.

i phoned again on Thursday morning only to find out NOTHING WAS ON ITS WAY, they lady that assisted me was on leave and they store the item had to come from had not even received a request TO SEND THE ITEM yet. (THIS WAS ALL FOR A BIRTDAY GIFT HAPPENING ON FRIDAY) and here i am still NO DELIVERY...... 3DAYS AFTER THE ACTUAL BIRTHDAY PARTY)
