Worst customer service and no respect for customers!

I was in gateway total sports and I was waiting for 30 minutes or so to do an exchange the staff at the store is not helpful at all and is rude we live in the 21st century and u make customers wait for such a long time for a simple request such as a credit on a item

The staff laugh like idiot's in front of customers and eat at the tills is that how you guys run a buisness?totally disgusted at the service I have recieved the managers can see I am having grief with the one employee but doesnt bother to come and ask what is the problem etc

I am a loyal customer of total sports spent thousands of rands at youl store and this is how I am treated?
