Worst customer service

On Sunday I went to total sport wanting to purchase a phone, they told me I can't see the phone because they can't open a box for me, I told them that's not what I wanted I wanted to see the ones on display, they said it's a dummy not a phone and I said it's fine I just want to see it and hold it, then the lady called a man I think was their manager, he came , he didn't even greet just said "yes" the lady asked to open for us we wanna see the two phones then he said, "that's not gonna happen, that's as far as you're gonna see them from that glass". I was shocked and so upset, how can I purchase something I've only seen from. A glass why can't I touch a "dummy" phone??? And the attitude was the worst. I ended up getting that phone from Foschini they didn't have a problem with me seeing the phone or dummy before purchase. I will never again set my foot In that shop again.
