Worst costumer service

Worst worst worst service in the shoe department. Waited for almost half an hour for the girl working in that department (who looked like she didn't want to help us in the first place) to come and tell us they didnt have the size in stock.. She help 2 customers(who came there after us and one of the customers she help twice) while "looking" for our size, but I went to go stand closer to the door te see what was taking so long and saw the shoe my husband asked her to check was laying on the box by the door while she was getting another customer's shoe.. .. PATHETIC!! We might not spend millions in your shop, but hey what happend to cutomers service? When asked who the manager is we also only got half an answer.. I am extremely disappointed in Cape gate Totalsports and will never go in there again. Luckily there are plenty of other shoe shops that have got staff that really wanna help you and even go out of their way to.. Well done cape gate Totalsport o. Your pathetic service..
