Worse customer service ever

The is worse service then the is this service I got from total sport Mayfield square you guys took the cherry this time your stores open at 9 but I had to wait 15 minutes after 9 when I asked one of the stuff their response was we have a system issue but the is no note on their front door supporting their statement the entire time their manager was on a phone calls talking to her relatives not thinking about us the customers waiting outside. The sickening part was that after they got their affairs in order had to wait again for my layby which they didn't find, I went to the store manager to ask for the area managers phone since she was to busy to see the was a problem, she then gave me the numbers of whom I believe her name is Zoliswa I called her more 15 times she never cared to take my call I believe if she really wanted to sort this issue she would have called me after if she was busy on her phone but that really shows she wasn't willing to hear or help me.
