What service?

Totalsports Ballito: Joeash Gengan has really not made my day. I went to Mr Price to return items without tags and no slips, 2 minutes case solved. Woolworths same story, 1 minute. Totalsports needed a slip (which we had lost) so they have called the branch to ask them to locate it and my husband has to be present as it was his account. So on my second outing to this branch to sort this out, I find a pair of shoes that fit, the last pair on the stand in my size. It had a scuff mark into the sole on the side, very visible and dirty. Joeash said he can clean the shoe up but won’t give a discount on the damage. At this stage, when we will be paying R600 in for the shoe, if he offered any sort of compensation (1%) I would have just purchased the shoes. But we get nothing. I wonder when he will realise it was about service and not money, and how much money this attitude actually makes the owner lose on a monthly basis. Good luck guys!
