Watch out when buying with vouhers, you'll get ****** from it

<p>I got a voucher from Fit Night Out. Its only valid on Adidas gear. I bougth an Adidas bag, but when I packed it, saw that it caves in. The bag obviously won't work for me. I went back to the store, saw a Nike bag and was happy to pay in the difference (since the voucher was just for Adidas), but then learnt, if I reverse the first transaction, I will only get back what Id paid in on the Adidas bag and voucher. I can't take anything else in place of the voucher, even if it's Adidas. So, I will loose the voucher completely! Nowhere on the voucher did it say its only valid for 1 transaction. I want to return the bag & take something else. But that's not allowed! So if you bought something that doesn't fit & want to return it, you will loose it completely - that doesn't even make ethical sence. It feels like we're being ******!! I am 100% shocked with this system! Is this even fair! </p>
