My Mum purchased this shoe for me from Northgate yesterday. Unfortunately, it is 1 size too small.

Can I please request that you let me know where I can get the same or similar colours in a size 9? My current pair from you is a 9 and fits perfect. Need to please change this without losing the discount and /or brand
