Very Disappointed with Totalsports Kenilworth Centre I purchased a pair of sunglasses from Totalsports Kenilworth on my TFG account. When I first bought them, I noticed the arms were a bit tight when opening, but I assumed it would ease up with wear. Unfortunately, it didn’t. I intended to use them for running, but when I tried opening them again, they broke — despite me being extremely careful with my belongings. I returned to the store, expecting some assistance or at least an exchange, but instead I was met with poor service and attitude. The staff gave me unnecessary grief and refused to help. I was especially upset because I had taken the time and fuel to drive all the way there for a simple R200 exchange. This experience has left a very bitter taste, and I won’t be shopping at that branch again.
