Very bad service

I went to Total sport in Alex mall around 17:30 or later today to use the tyme bank machine in the store , when I arrived the manager was by the Door on a personal call , I whispered and asked if to assisted with a tyme bank machine which he rep**** showing by his finger , I used the machine however I was unable to print the card when I asked the lady at till for assistance she rep**** saying she's unable to assist as she does not work for tyme bank , I asked to speak to the manager by my surprise the guy by the door was indeed a managed he response was they unable to assist as they don't work for tyme bank but my surprise is why is the machine in their store if they unable to assist. He kept on saying the people from tyme bank are not around .tfg money must just advise their costumers on what is the relationship between tyme bank and tfg as this is bad. The machine didn't even print my card that I paid for . For more investigation please check the footage at the store
