VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

I habe never went to a store with the WORST, POOR SERVICE like the ones i visited ovee the weekend, I went to Totalsports in Springs on Saturday from Soweto after finding out that it is the only store that has the number of sneakers i wanted as i wanted 4 pairs, instead when i get there i was told that the shoes are not there even though the system showed that they have 5 pairs and ordered another 5 pairs, those people where SOOO RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL in such a manner i never seen from the whole store Manager who didn't have a name tag he had the never to call again to disrespect me and tell me that i will not get those sneakers , i called the Area Manager ( Themba Matiwana) he had the decency to drop the call in my ear, i then logged a query as was told i didn't follow the procedure of not calling the store and requesting for put aside, i then called Soshanguve Totalsports request it they said i can come they will keep them aside i must look for karabo the sale associate who will keep them aside for me, again the next day i drove there from Soweto to soshanguve on my arrival i was told they are sold, i then again logged a call given another reference, Monday the very same Area Manager calls me to say that he is Sorry for what exactly i didn't know, cause the disrespect i got from the stores was out of this world i didn't expect this from a big store like this, said he will deliver my Shoes then closes a Call as a solved query, even today i am still waiting for my shoes, I WILL NOT LET THIS ONE GO UNTIL I GET MY SHOES AND BEING COMPENSATED EVERYTHING I WASTED WITH THIS BAD SERVICE, I WILL DO ANYTHING IN POWER TO GET THIS RESOLVED EVEN IF IT MEANS THIS HAS TO REACH ANTHONY EDWARD THUNSTROM OFFICE TO BE RESOLVED I WILL MAKE SURE IT GETS THERE, FROM THERE I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
