Very bad customer service

I have app**** for account at total sport last month online and I didn't receive any feedback until last week when a lady from total sport credit dept called me to verify my credit profile and promised to receive feedback within the few minutes after her call but up until today I have not yet received any feedback from total sport.

Please assist urgently with regards with my application.
