Verbally Assaulted and Lack of Customer Service

Went into Bethlehem, Free State TotalSports today, tried on 3 shoes in total, unsure of my shoe size, it varies as I have a Flat Foot issue, making different brands and types of shoes subjective to fit regardless of size.

Employee named Kekeletso Mosia tell me that it's my job to know my size, after spending 5 minutes with me and being unwilling to get me the size required? I proceed to tell him that this is his job and had i requested 10 shoes he should oblige me so, obviously i did not request 10 shoes, but it's simply the point of his job, he proceeds to swear and insult me both in English and Sesotho, knowing I would not understand, I tell him I will report him, he continues to insult me and does not apologize, I do hope action is taken against this employee, he is a cost to both the Branch and the TotalSports Brand name in general, I still purchased a shoe, because I was in a hurry and had no time to check other places, BUT i will advise all friends and family to avoid this place till action has taken place.
