Useless< Rude manager

Totalsports Cape Gate Manager Jacob is the most useless, entitled person you can find. The lady was having a problem with my vitality QR code. She checked and confirmed that the takkie I chose is part of the Vitality range. Jacob comes out looking very upset and agitated that he was called and disturbed from the back office and tries to tell me the shoe is not part of it . He goes to the back of the store again and I point out the the lady that she shoe is ticked on the shelf. She attempt’s to call him again and he refuses to come out saying I need to call Vitality. No need to worry about it, Sportsmanswarehouse sorted me out 15 minutes later with no issues.
