useless manager

I bought a Samsung phone and it has never been in a good working condition I took it for repairs four times with no changes nor getting it the required service.oprah the manager takes no responsibility instead give juniour staff vincent and shirly the responsibility amd she sees that this matter is out of their hands ive never in my life seen such a useless store manager and a careless free store when coming to customer satisfaction its like once they've got your money they no longer care about you. And i can see that shirly and vincent are really trying but this is out of their hands. Now the store is making me deal with samsung where else when i bougth the phone samsung was not there nor mentioned and the phone ia still under warranty. This is so frastrating and disappointing of you totalsports .wish someone would hear my cry for help.
