Useless!!!
3 weeks ago I app**** for an account, I provided them with everything but my marriage certificate, so they SMSed me to provide it and I did, I emailed 4 times, even whatsapped it to them and visited the store 3 times. When we called the call center they were rude and put the phone down in my ear. I will never ever shop with again, nor will my family. I will rather go to Nike from now. Thank you for losing about 10 clients just because you could not get my card to me when I needed it.
