unproffesional staff

Good Day.....i was at totalsports in somerset mall.to return items that i got as gift...they refused to return because i do not have a receipt.i asked how will i have a receipt if it was gift.the told me to call the person that.i did so infront of them.she then said she doesnt know where she put the receipt.i told the staff at totalsport.and the looked at me as if im crazy they started talking they're own things.i left the store with no help.let alone they refused to let me speak with the manager.and the regional.im deeply hurt with the service i got.
