Unprofessional Service

I purchase the sneaker for both my children, one is birth daying tomorrow 25th , I choose the express option as I needed then urgently, I received a notification advising me that the delivery failed nobody at home after I contacted their customer service to enquire which address will they go to the 1st one or the 2nd one I was advise that the 1 attempt is the 1st address of which is my work address I knocked off at 17h00 they wasn't any delivery the service is unprofessional.<br> I will never use your services why any one didn't call me to at least make other arrangement its my son birthday tomorrow I was those sneaker hence I choose the express option irritated...
