Unhelpful staff

During black friday I have placed a few online orders to be delivered to the pavillion mall totalsport in Durban kzn.

So how it works it you place and order get it delivered to the store and they send you and OTP to pick up.the otp is sent only when the courior company delivers it to the store .

I went into the store and the staff couldn't find my order The ladies excuses really frustrated me and it was a wasted trip that cost me money because of an *********** staff member. I then called the TFG customer care and they confirmed that it was delivered to the store and a staff member by the name of GUGU signed for it.

I have been trying to call them the rest of the day to find out but nobody picks up the phone.

What more must I do to get something that I paid for?
