Unfriendly staff

I have never felt unwelcome in the shop, The staff at TotalSport Northgate are unfriendly and don’t acknowledge their clients. They act like we are doing them a favour by shopping and it wasn’t the first. I went to buy a sneaker they were chit chatting and didn’t even greet and went straight to look for the sneaker I want still they didn’t acknowledge me.

I then left the shop without buying because of the attitude from the staff but because I wanted the sneaker I bought them online through Superbalist. Management should guide them on how to treat their customers and on all the shops I normally visit it’s the only one I experience bad attitude from their staff.
