Unfairly blacklisted by Totalsports

Good day

May you please assist me I had an account with totalsports around 2016/2017 I've paid the account in full at fourways crossing mall, after paying the account I requested them to close the account, last month I've found that totalsports did not close the account as it is now appearing on ITC.

I've phoned totalsports requested them why the account is still active, they told me on their side the account is paid in full, but on ITC it appears as an active account and its behind with payments.

Your assistance will be highly appreciated
