Around the 02 August 2021 I saw a pair of puma sneakers online at totalsports website. The original price was R1299.95 but was going on sale for R649.95.During that week there was a promotion of extra 20% off on sale items. The only store that had my size was totalsports kokstad. I was assisted by a very helpful gentleman, Masbulelo who made arrangements to courier the shoes to Bluff totalsports. The gentleman from kokstad did everything to track the parcel and eventually he called on the 12 August 2021 informing me that it has arrived at Bluff totalsports I then called the store regarding the price and I spoke to CJ who said he's the manager. He told me that I no longer qualify for the 20% because that offer ended I tried explaining that when I ordered the shoes it was during that 20% offer and it was his company contracted courier that too long to deliver. I feel like I'm being penalized for something beyond my control.
