Uncomfortable sneakers

I bought a pair of Own the game sneakers in October which I wore twice. Each time I experienced discomfort to my feet and hesitated to exchange them. Today I decided that it was enough or I'm going to be miserable still owning them. Little did Iknow that I could only exchange within 30 days. I am asking TFG to show compassion moreover I am a loyal customer. If they don't I will contact Adidas directly. They are still in a good state as witnessed by staffers.
