Unable to return watch

On Thursday 18 June I went to Total sport in Oudtshoorn, I wanted to return a watch I bought in George at the Garden Mall. The store manager I guess he is, said I cannot return the return the watch there because I did not buy there. What confuses me, is just 2 weeks back he was willing to get the watch for me from George but because I went and got myself now I can't return it in Oudtshoorn. The reason I want to return the watch is because I got it at way cheaper price of R1600 rather than the price of R 1999 if total sport which I find is still shady because the original price is scratched out which is R1690. So now I'm stuck with this watch and I have not used because I got another one from the internet.
