*****ulent account opened

Good day I have a problem with totalsports with an account that I didn't open. They have opened an account with my details at sport scene new junction and I have been send from piler to post as they don't want to share with me the ID used to open this account. I also asked for an application form that I have signed to prove that I opened this account. The I have been to sport scene and they say they will only give me the requested documents after I gave them the same documents. I have asked for a footage to show that I was in their store on the days in question but one agent I need to surpiner them. I have opened a case with the police.
