TS JUBILEE MALL KARABO'S ATTITUDE IS DISGUSTING

Karabo, the manager from Total sports Jubilee mall has a stinking attitude.<br> I am a regular customer at the shop but since he came my visits to the store are miserable. he doesn't have customer service at all. at first I thought he was having a bad day but all my friends and relatives also complain about the same thing. we have now lost interest in TS jubilee mall because he doesn't make us feel like customers. he treats us like he is giving the goods to us for free. There was one instance a store assistant was helping me and he said that lady was wasting time on one customer. I mean I was buying a lot of things and had to make sure about my choices before paying. he also shouts at his staff in front of his customers. A good manager knows how to speak to subordinates. he has no respect to anyone and carries on like the CEO of Total sports. HOW UNPROFFESSIONAL!!!
