Treated Unfairly and angry

Hi, my name is Siyabonga, I am a TFG account holder, I feel like I was treated unfairly, I went to the Glen Mall at TotalSports, I saw a Nike jersey that I liked, but they didn't have my size(Medium), but they were able to point me to the mall that has my size, I then drove to that mall which is Mall Of The South.

When I got there I didn't find my size, and a lady helped me she looked on the system and confirmed that they have the items and the size that I want, but only to find out that their colleagues kept the things for themselves at the back, They didn't pay them yet, they just put them aside for themselves, so that when they have money they can buy that item.

Where I find it unfair is when I drive to that mall with my petrol, I was told that they have the size I needed, Now I am being told that colleagues kept the items for themselves.

And to top it up a lady from the Customer service just dropped the phone on me. how rude is that?

As TFG how do you deal with that situation?
