Totalsports zevenwatcht mall pathetic service

<p> <span style="color: #555555; widows: auto; background-color: #ffffff;">I took my phone on 10/01/2017 to total sport in zevenwatcht mall for repairs as the mobicell phone was under warranty. I told them the front and rear camera as well as the flash is not working. They booked in the phone and told me they will contact me as soon as the phone is ready. Two weeks after that, I called and followed up and no one knew what phone I was talking about. They kept on telling me about a hisense phone and said they never received my fone. Then I got thru to the manager and I was told the phone is in for repairs and that the supplier can only give infomation on my imei number and a lady will call me back. She never called I had to call again. After lotsa calls I finally was told the phone was never sent away and was still in the store. I was told the phone was only collected on 16/02/2017. I really can't trust these people anymore. I have a pair of shoes wich I never had on, paid R1700 at total sports. I want to take these shoes back and want my money cause if something must go wrong with the shoes I will have endless problems. I really feel total sports can just keep the phone as I will never purchase anything from them again. They must just remember money we dont pick up, we work hard and this is how they treat the customers? </span></p>
