Totalsports ********* business practice

For Black Friday I made a purchase the order was processed and money can off my account

Further to this I phoned in to thier online team to confirm my order was processed as per normal and that my order was secure

Only to then be told a view days later that my order was cancelled

Since then totalsports offered a voucher for those who had orders cancelled I advised totalsports that was a general generic resolution and that my case was completely different given I phoned in after making the order and they confirmed my order was secure the phone records verify this as well ad my correspondence via email to the tfg group to date they have not addressed this matter and have confiently ignored me this is unacceptable business practice
