Totalsports unacceptable service

I dealt with Totalsports Tablebay mall last Sunday who was supposedly getting my shoes from another branch, Tygervalley(22km away) by Wednesday, I spoke to them on Wednesday and they had no answer, I spoke to them on Thursday and the excuse was that it has been arranged with the courier but they don’t know where it is. This is totally unacceptable service. The salesperson was pleasant enough, but between the two branches and the courier company, the one hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing. Totalsports, I am VERY disappointed.
