Totalsports Tygervalley very bad experience

Very bad expierence with Totalsports Tygervalley. Placed an order for rugby boots because they didn't have specific size.Customer service was pathetic by Devan when asked to speak to manager his attitude was very bad.Then he put me on hold for 15 minutes till I hung up and didn't even call me back.After more than 10 days of different people and so many wasted time and fuel. I still haven't received my order which was promised to me within 3 working days. Where is the integrity of the company??????They don't get back to me, I have to call the store at least 5 times a day and I'm really upset and frustrated by the way they have handled the situation which is unacceptable after I explained several times the urgency of the matter.
