Staff said I can use my discovery vitality discount only to be told the system is down at the cash register. The lady taking payment then said I can go to the store at Cavendish to do the refund and claim the discount along with my Vitality discount, LIES. I get to Cavendish and surprise, they say only vitality discount applies.

That is the last time I buy anything from Totalsports and the group that it belongs too.
