I got a very terrible service from Totalsports online, I bought a pair of sneakers online on the 29 November 2019 and it was delivered a few days after, Only to find out that the sizes were not the same in the box, I phoned the customer service on the same day of delivery to tell them that the sizes are not the same and the lady told me that they will keep in touch with me regarding the "error" on the 6th day after my phone call I went to ****arney mall to return the shoes and i was told that they can't accept it as it's gonna be their lose. On the 07th day I phoned again after not being contacted as promised to find out what's happening and I was told to wait for another 7 days for the sneakers to be picked up by the courier.
