Totalsports Southgate is useless and unprofessional

Totalsports is telling me stories when I am supposed to settle my laybye ,they are crazy with black friday ,next time they must not allow us to do laybye ,because now they are busy chasing sales and I was here yesterday and today still they are ignoring me when I need my laybye items.
