Totalsports ******* Messages

So in January I paid R200 at Totalsports (which is more than what I was supposed to pay) and I received a message saying that I should pay R0.00 for the month of February. To my surprise when I paid R100 today I was told that the messages are lies and I shouldn't follow them.

Why do we get messages that aren't going to help us work better with Totalsports? Why are we being ********** by liers? This is truly a bad service and regret opening an account with them
