Totalsports refuses to give account closure letter

My husband had a Totalsports account which had been charged off due to Non-Payment. We had then Paid the account in Full at Credit Solutions and have recieved a paid up Letter. Totalsports has not updated the credit beaurea profile and refuses to give an account closer letter!

I need this resolved ASAP as this is causing a HUGE hold up on MY bond application and this has NOTHING to do with me!!
